Many great reasons exist to bring your clients. Attending together provides the spark to learn and immediately imagine new ways to implement these ideas into their business. Bringing your clients will build trust and confidence, likely leading to additional business.
There is a tangible energy emanating around the conference. The luxurious new venue, the powerful messages of the globally-recognized speakers, the exciting new format as a users conference...we would hate for you to miss out on the exciting possibilities conference has to offer. Why wait until next year to build your business when you can begin to reap the rewards now?
Each client’s name badge will feature the name of the VAA who is hosting them. Our promise to all our attendees is that everyone adheres to our ethical standards. It’s a conference intended to help your clients address their most pressing needs, which will result in them doing more business with you. Feel confident bringing your clients knowing their level of knowledge will increase vastly and the trust they have in you will increase with it.
No, we will not be talking about pricing. This conference is not going to be about our tools, it’s about finding solutions to real-world problems that can answer your clients' most pressing needs.
Bringing your client to the banquet is entirely optional. Upon conclusion of the conference content, your client is free to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Phoenix area while you let your hair down at the banquet. If you LOVE your client, you are welcome to invite them to join you. The decision is entirely yours.
TTI Success Insights is an international company with products translated into 40 languages available in 90 countries around the globe. People come from all over the world to attend TTISICON. Internationally, we’ve witnessed the benefits of clients attending our Master Distributors conferences and wanted to bring that experience home.
Having a users conference was a vision of our founder, Bill Bonnstetter. As we have grown as a company, our next logical progression is to welcome the public to the conference in order to elevate the brand on a global level. VAAs clients can witness first-hand the size, scope and professionalism of our network. Attending together allows clients to learn with VAAs in real-time, opening conversations of how to apply the learnings immediately to their businesses.
This is a business conference that's focused on solutions to marketplace needs. It’s no longer about our tools; instead, we want to focus energies on helping VAAs to answer their clients most pressing questions and biggest needs.
This year’s conference theme is the evolution of excellence. Last year we reimagined excellence in everything we do on a daily basis. Now we ask, how can we make that even better? Currently, hot marketplace trends such as company culture and employee engagement, dominate conversations. The new workforce approaches careers much differently than their predecessors and organizations need to be prepared for that. We have to change the way businesses think about their people.
As we grow, so will TTISICON. We are implementing a strategy this year that we have been planning for years. We believe the time is right. We will continue to be aware of the needs of the marketplace and our network and will tailor our conference content accordingly.
We don't want to be seen solely as an assessment vendor. We want to be seen as a trusted business strategist; a resource and a partner. We provide thought leadership to help raise the profile of the VAAs with their clients.
No. The focus was, is and always will be, on the people with which we do business. It’s about the solutions that we are providing. This change strengthens our focus. The more we can understand the marketplace and meet its needs, the better our focus becomes.
We have made sure that day two is only for VAAs only because we want that day to be more casual and family-like. Maintaining the family culture throughout our Conference is very important to us. We have opportunities such as banquet and networking event time to connect with your peers on a personal level. The event is structured to encourage collaboration among the attendees. Our company theme of “everybody helps everybody” stays intact throughout the event.
TTISICON 19 is a two-day event, taking place on Friday and Saturday, January 11-12, 2019. The first day will be open to everyone and focuses on high-level topics in the Talent Management Industry. The second day will be a VAA only event where we dive deeper into all the breakout sessions. In addition, to make the experience better, we also have a few trainings available which will happen on Thursday such as DISC & 12 Driving Forces training and Business Builders.
The conference is no longer a TTI SI commercial. Instead, we will address real-world issues that many attendees are experiencing and discuss solutions to deal with those issues. Speaking to businesses on day one and VAAs on day two, our story arc transcends both days. On day one, we want to inspire and instruct then on day two, we take all the concepts, theories and strategies of day one and utilize TTI and its tools to deliver that transformational change for the client.
The number of attendees is constantly changing with more and more people signing up every day. The goal for the conference is to have at least 460 members of our network and at least 100 members of the public.
Breakout sessions will be very targeted to help encourage peer-to-peer learning within specific tracks. For instance, we have a track of sales and marketing. Another on delivery and implementation. Yet another on research and credibility and even a track on self-improvement.
There will be content presented in the breakout sessions that address the various generations and their impact on the workforce. This, of course, includes Millennials and members of Generation Z. These sessions will address how the landscape is changing and how it impacts all members of the workforce.
Yes. We will be capturing the audio content of the breakout sessions which will be available after the conference to all attendees, increasing the value of conference tenfold.
For the first time ever, TTISICON will have an exhibitor hall with a focus on small business success, including a bookstore with works by VAA authors.
