As President and resident visionary, Rick’s role at TTI Success Insights is to chart the company’s future endeavors by creating cutting edge solutions that evolve the Management Consulting industry.
As President and resident visionary, Rick’s role at TTI Success Insights is to chart the company’s future endeavors by creating cutting edge solutions that evolve the Management Consulting industry. With assessments in 90 countries and 40 languages, Rick is responsible for worldwide distribution of TTI SI’s assessments and solutions. Some of his most notable accomplishments was that he, along with other members of senior leadership, built TriMetrix® HD, as well as the 12 Driving Forces® and the new series of enhanced team reports. As the President of Global Distribution, Rick leads distribution development and training initiatives worldwide. Rick has introduced TTI SI’s tools and trained Master Distributors, Value Added Associates and clients in over 30 countries on six continents on talent management solutions.
Rick is an active member of the Hartman Institute’s Board which pursues the ongoing study of axiology and an ambassador of Conscious Capitalism.
